VNutrition Omega-3 Strong delivers high-quality fish oil rich in the essential omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). How to Use
Adults should take 1 softgel 1–2 times daily with a meal and plenty of liquid.
For beneficial effects on heart function, brain and vision: EPA 250 mg/day and DHA 250 mg/day.
