Ingredients
Stabiliser (microcrystalline cellulose), maltodextrin, nicotinamide (vitamin B3), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid), anti-caking agent (silica), emulsifier (magnesium salts of fatty acids), riboflavin (vitamin B2), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid), D-biotin, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).
May contain milk (including lactose), soya bean, oat and egg particles.
How to Use
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal and plenty of water.
